Week of 2/28/16


2/28/16- Another break down today, sometimes I do wonder if all this is normal.  I go through bouts of cry babyness and to a certain extent I don't know why.  I always feel that people are so critical of me and every move I make.  Not just any body either, my fiancé and son who are the closest to me. I know I sound dramatic and yes maybe I'm too sensitive, but if I can't let my guard down at home, then where? 
Today I simply tried to enjoy the rainy day... mainly meal prepping and cleaning -organizing for the week ahead!  I always pre-pick out and iron my work outfit the night before.  I also usually try and have the next 3 days of meals covered in my head, or of course on here :)  This week is:
Sunday-
Breakfast=Spicy turmeric and cayenne pepper Eggs with bagel and cream cheese.  Add serranos and jalepenos to really pack the heat!
Lunch=Homemade pizza with home made garlic olive oil marinara(Add hot peppers for the hot and spicy lovers). Add anything else you have on hand----today was olives, onion, bacon crumbles, hamburger, queso cheese, cheddar cheese, and tomato. 
Dinner=Cheesburgers, Homemade mac and cheese, and leftover potato salad with baked beans. 



OH YEAH




Monday-
Mikai  Breakfast=bfast sandwich, sandwich, chips and orange
Ash Breakfast=Smoothie, piece of toast with peanut butter
Lunch=Salad, slice of leftover homemade pizza
Snack=Activia, banana, apple, green tea
Mikai Dinner=Shrimp scampi with salad
Dinner=Smoothie
Bake Bread
Make quinoa
Make Tuna
Tuesday-
Mikai Breakfast=cereal, banana
Ash Breakfast=Smoothie, bagel with jam
Lunch=Salad, Tuna, Quinoa
Mikai Dinner=Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice




Let's hope that I can get in 30 min yoga/cardio everyday and keep pushing for my goal weight of 145lbs by April.
