| Ringing in the New Year 2017! With my favorite hostess, girl-crush- Rittu!
To be honest, I had to rely on Google photos and go back 1 year to remember where we were last year on New Year's Eve. It was right after my dud of a performance on the Wheel of Fortune, and this dress was supposed to be my celebration dress. It took a lot for me to continue showing the world a shiny face. I have it written in my journal that I have so much to be thankful to God for! It has me wondering, why does anything good ever happen at all? We certainly don't deserve it! As always this evening was full of drinks, fun, dancing, food and the best of company. I'm sure I had resolutions but I did not write them down.
This year, I have thoughts I am on the verge of a breakthrough! I have clarity about what I want out of this life and nothing is going to stop me from having the life I want. I am not sure what the future holds for my relationship- I certainly don't want to go into 2018- carrying the same problems I did in 2017! I am taking it one day at a time and want to have a life that is full of God's rest, peace, love, happiness, and joy.
