Weight Loss Start of 2016


I have started my diet as of 1/1/2016.  and really got into it the month of February.  I weighed in at 164lbs and this morning I was 155~!!!!!!  Going to bed hungry (I have my last meal at 5pm of nuts, and fruit and tea) actually works!!!  Let me just say, I can't wait until all this is over and I can have a cheat day.  I want to reach 140lbs.  My biggest weight loss tip I have learned is stop eating in the evening!  I have lost 4 pounds this week just by having some walnuts, and orange, and green tea at work around 5:00pm, and then just drink water the rest of the day.  I have really stumbled onto something here! Although Sumit tells me he's been saying that for years!


It has been extremely difficult to deny the delicious dinners that have been ready nightly at Mom and Papa's house.  Hard to think I am politely declining due to the diet restrictions and seems offensive.  Plus the smell of food or watching the cooking channel is pure torture!  Oh well, stuck to my guns for the most part and will weigh in today and see.  Actually just did, and I am at 154!  Made lots of carb choices with past week as groceries that included fresh produce were not purchased.  Also stay tuned....  my meal prep will be up for this week and let me know if any one would have me match it for them to get on the healthy lifestyle train!  TOOT TOOT!
