Healthy Work Lunches

Oh it's so beautiful! All the colors looks so amazing!! I buy canned chicken from Costco and use every now and then in my lunch meal prep.  I am really hitting February hard and limiting carbs so this was just chicken and vegetables but you can make sandwiches with it too!

Ingredients :
Can of shredded chicken, fully cooked.
2 TBSP Greek yogurt
Juice of half of a lemon
Half of a chopped Serrano (i love heat!)
2 Celery Stalks
1 cup broccoli
1 Roma tomato
Half of avocado

Recipe:
Blend yogurt, lemon juice and avocado together. Add in chicken and combine well.  Serve on top of veggies. Enjoy !!
